  • What do we need?

    Necessary Documentationfor the constitution and start-up

     

    Original and photocopy of the DNI of the employer and of the workers, if any.

    • Original and photocopy of the Social Security Card of the employer and workers, if any, or another document that proves the Social Security affiliation number.

    • Foreigners without DNI: Community NIE or NIE and residence and self-employment permit.

    • If the employer is married: DNI or NIE of the spouse and marriage regime.

     

    We guide and advise you to prepare the following information:

     

    • For the hiring of workers: contract or hiring agreement or authorization to register with the Social Security.

     

    Information that we will need  to complete the electronic procedures with  the Administration,  and we will help you decide our advice and clarify our chat on  line:

    • Heading AE (Economic Activities).

    • Activity code according to the National Classification of Economic Activities (CNAE).

    • Information on the address of the company and the business activity (including: square meters of the place of activity, postal code and telephone).

    • For affiliation to the Special Scheme for Self-Employed Workers: chosen contribution base, IT Mutual (temporary disability) and if you will opt for coverage for accidents at work and occupational disease (ATEP).
